Yonathan Weitzman

Yonathan Weitzman (born 1977), Israel, is freelance photojournalist studied photography at Camera Obscura and the Musrara School of Art in Jerusalem. He also studied television and media at Beit Rutenberg Media Centre. Weitzman has worked as a photographer for the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, for Corbis ,Reuters and as a cameraman for Reuters Television.today Weitzman work as acameraman and director of docomentaries movies and video articles and as aphotographer for magazines around the world .His awards include a POYi first prize in 2005.3rd place in the world press photo competition 1st prize in the World Press Photo 2007, ,2nd and 3rd place in best of photojournalism 2007 as well as 1st place in press photograph year 2007 . a POYi 2nd place 2008 .a first and a third place in Local Testimony (Israel's annual photojournalism competition).
